AV WORKS is an independent design studio based in Zagreb, focused on brand identity, packaging, production and digital systems.
We work from structure outward, defining how a brand should function before deciding how it should look.
We do not treat identity, packaging, production and digital touchpoints as separate disciplines. They are parts of the same system.

Our role is to reduce unnecessary complexity, define clear rules and make sure the system remains usable when it leaves the design file and enters the real world.
A strong concept is only useful if it can be executed reliably.
That is why production constraints are considered during the design process rather than after it.
For packaging and print projects, this includes artwork architecture, colour systems, substrates, printing processes, technical specifications and coordination with production partners.
The objective is not simply to deliver artwork that looks correct on screen.
It is to build files and systems that work in production.
Key Account Manager
Ana manages client communication, project coordination and the commercial structure around AV WORKS projects.
She connects client requirements, timelines, production information and project decisions so that the design process remains clear and controlled.
Creative Director
Vlado leads creative direction, design systems and production-focused execution.
His work connects visual identity with the technical requirements of packaging, print and digital implementation.
AV WORKS is intentionally hands-on.
Clients communicate directly with the people responsible for strategy, design and delivery.
